Our goals are set to give equal opportunities to all Etex teammates and to remove systemic barriers to inclusion. At the same time, we continue to assess our gender equality performance regularly. This way, we can ensure progress towards a more equal gender representation throughout the different levels in the organisation and identify potential barriers and opportunities to accelerate the pace of change.

At Etex, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) is embedded in our culture and processes. We have created a guiding document to inform internal and external stakeholders about our goals and commitments related to DE&I. To ensure progress, we will monitor and track the evolution of defined indicators of our commitment to DE&I.​

Teammate Stories: creating pride and awareness.

We have collected Teammate Stories from Etex teammates worldwide, sharing them across countries to boost pride and motivate our team to inspire each other and the world.

In our employee engagement survey, 81% of our teammates agreed that management supports diversity, equity, and inclusion at Etex, a 5% increase compared to our last survey. This positive shift is largely due to a range of efforts, including Teammate Stories, which have helped raise awareness about the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and contribute to making Etex the best workplace for all.
