With this observation comes a responsibility which the global building materials company fully acknowledges and seeks to act upon. Etex values suppliers integrating sustainability and environmental engagement as part of their strategy; we request our raw material suppliers to align with our Sustainable Procurement Policy.
How
- Suppliers can register for an Etex sustainability assessment for Ecovadis here.
- Suppliers can register in Ecovadis here.
- Ecovadis will send a questionnaire to the supplier.
- Once the questionnaire is completed and sent back to Ecovadis, an assessment will be performed.
- The supplier and Etex will receive a scorecard with the result of the evaluation.
In addition, suppliers may be asked to disclose their carbon emissions data via the Carbonwise programme.
