INSPIRING PRODUCTION PROCESSES
The preparation
Plasterboard contains gypsum and is widely used in modern construction. The gypsum slurry is prepared in a continuous mixer.
The manufacturing
Our Roodekop plant produces plasterboard around the clock. During the manufacturing process, the gypsum slurry is spread over a moving sheet of paper to create the desired thickness.
The finishing touch
The boards are cut to size and then dried to get rid of any excess moisture. After the boards have dried, they are trimmed and stacked in pallets.
"In addition to a production department, at Etex Roodekop you will also find a Logistics and Maintenance department".
IN Roodekop WE CONTRIBUTE TO THESE ETEX BRANDS
