Safety is Key
Making sure everyone is safe is the most important thing for us at Etex.
At Etex, we think of safety as a way of life, not just something we have to do. We care for the health and well-being of our teammates through a complete safety plan, regular risk assessments, and training. We care about safety not only at work, but also make sure our teammates are safe when they are at home.

He successfully oversaw the renovation of our fibre cement plants in France to improve the working conditions and create a safer working environment for the teammates. Now, there is more natural light in the workplace, making it a nicer place to work.

Detectar el peligro, evaluar el riesgo y evitar un accidente
En Etex, tenemos diferentes formas de detectar y abordar los riesgos. Por lo tanto, estamos llevando a cabo una Identificación de Peligros y Evaluación de Riesgos sistemática de todas las tareas rutinarias, y medimos los resultados a través de procesos operativos, corporativos y externos de auditoría y presentación de informes. A lo largo del año, también fomentamos la observación de la seguridad y las conversaciones, a través de las cuales nuestros líderes pueden identificar, debatir y mitigar situaciones peligrosas.
LIMITAR LOS RIESGOS
En 2022, nuestras plantas pusieron un esfuerzo enorme en evaluar la implementación de los principios de la Identificación de Peligros y Evaluación de Riesgos, registrando una puntuación media del 90%.
