Dedy enjoys inspiring and encouraging his teammates to take care and be aware of product quality. Together with his teammates, he evaluates and discusses what could be improved. To remind everyone of the importance of quality, he devised a ‘Quality Awareness Form’ and barcodes placed in each production area.
