The summer is especially busy for the logistics team, sometimes the heat of summer affects Teammates. On one occasion, a third of the warehouse workers fell ill at the same time.

This could a caused a number of problems, but with the understanding, concentration and diligence of all the remaining employees, all the challenges were overcome. None of our customers was disappointed and we delivered our products to everyone on time. No challenge is too big when you work together in harmony and stay focused.

"Vasaros sezonas ypač darbingas logistikos skyriaus darbuotojams. Kartais būna, kad vasaros karštis paveikia komandos žmones. Vieną kartą tuo pačiu metu susirgo trečdalis sandėlio darbuotojų.

Tai galėjo sukelti nemažai problemų. Tačiau supratingumas, susikaupimas ir rūpestingas likusių darbuotojų darbas padėjo įveikti iššūkį. Nė vienas iš mūsų klientų nenusivylė, nes savo produktus visiems pristatėme laiku. Joks iššūkis nėra per didelis, kai dirbate kartu darniai ir susikaupę."
