Learning and development
At Etex, we support our teammates in becoming the best versions of themselves. Learning is primarily organised through our local companies, enabling them to focus on what is needed.
On top of our decentralised training and development programmes, a global digital learning platform is available to all teammates. On average, in 2020 teammates voluntarily spent nine hours on learning activities.
